The postpartum period can take you by surprise. It’s a major adjustment welcoming a newborn into your life and you may realize you could use some extra support. The additional postpartum care I provide includes:

• Lactation support; adjusting baby's latch, feeding positions, pumping, syringe and bottle feeding

• Coaching through infant care such as diapering, swaddling, soothing, bathing, baby wearing, etc.

• Providing child care so you may rest

• Light housework & pet care

• Emotional processing & providing an unbiased listening ear

• Creating a self-care plan to ensure your needs are being met

• Connecting you with community resources and care providers

• Normalizing the beautiful chaos that is life with a newborn!

A 3 hour minimum is required for additional postpartum support.
